Hello, I'm Cydney, and I’m here to help!

In my teens I competed as a National Level swimmer for several years, but a persistent and neglected injury prevented me from continuing my passion of swimming. Not wanting to leave the sport completely, I then qualified as a level 2 swimming teacher and coach.
​
It was through frustrations of being in pain, and the want to help others, that inspired me to pursue my career as a Sport and Remedial soft tissue therapist.
​
I believe that no injury or small niggle should be left untreated. I want to be able to help you on the road to recovery and help you achieve your goals.
Even if you’re not injured, soft tissue therapy can work away the stresses and strains of everyday life and make you feel good both physically and mentally, helping you enjoy a fit, healthy and active lifestyle.

I studied at the well renowned London School of Sports Massage - qualifying with a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage. I am also a full member of the ISRM association which represents Soft Tissue Therapists.
