Happy New Year! What are your goals for 2019???
So it’s time to look back on 2️⃣0️⃣1️⃣8️⃣
What were you proud of?? What did you achieve?? What did you want to achieve but didn’t manage too? Why??
For me, I spent last year working on my posture, and working on how I can move my body out of years of compensation patterns. 🏋🏻♀️I’ve trained harder and been fitter then I ever have before but it’s taken A LOT of patience but this is the strongest and most pain free year I’ve ever had!!!💪🏼 . . . So for 2️⃣0️⃣1️⃣9️⃣I am carrying on with my journey, to make this year even better than the last. I’m attending more courses to widen my knowledge, giving me more tools to treat my clients and help them reach there goals for the next year.
