Hopefully we are past the worst of Covid-19. The virus has been around for enough time for us to get a better understanding of the long term side effects Covid has on our body, with research still continuing. People who have contracted the virus have all had different symptoms with either little or none, to some being seriously ill and being admitted to hospital.
I have attached an infographic with the possible symptoms of Long Covid. The IRSM are currently creating a guidance sp that therapists can support post-COVID clients with their symptoms and, potentially, their rehabilitation and recovery.
